| 摘 要： | 为鸦胆子油乳对子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠血管内皮生长因子(Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor,VEGF)表达的影响及其机理,以雌性Wistar大鼠为研究对象,用自体移植法制作子宫内膜异位症模型,用鸦胆子油乳腹腔给药治疗,疗程结束后观察异位囊肿消失情况,并用免疫组化及蛋白印迹法检测子宫组织中VEGF表达及含量变化情况。结果显示:鸦胆子油乳能使子宫内膜异位囊肿明显减小甚至消失,能抑制子宫内膜组织中VEGF表达。由此得出结论:鸦胆子油乳对子宫内膜异位症大鼠异位囊肿有治疗作用,可能是通过抑制血管生成起作用。

| Abstract: | To investigate the influence of bruceolic oil on VEGF in rat with experimentally induced endometriosis and its mechanism, femina rats were chosen, taking peritoneal injection with bruceolic oil Emulsion after the endometriosis mode was set up by surgery of self endometrium transplant, the change of ectopic focus was observed and the expression of VEGF in the endometrium was detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blotting. The results show that bruceolic oil can minimize the ectopic focus and reduce the expression of VEGF in endometriosis. So it is concluded that bruceolic oil emulsion could cure the rats with endometriosis, the therapeutic mechanism may be related to inhibition effect of the Angiogenesis. |
