新中国成立以来高校科技事业的发展

 新中国成立70年来，中国高校科技事业经历了从弱到强的不平凡发展历程。1978年全国科学大会、全国教育会议和十一届三中全会的召开，是中国科技教育事业前30年艰难探索和后40年改革开放的分水岭。前30年，高校科技事业几乎从零起步，经历了探索发展、停滞甚至倒退、停滞之后再发展的曲折发展历程。改革开放40年来，中国高校科技事业历经改革探索，恢复重建高校科技体制；全面启动，成为重要方面军；科教兴国，成为现代化建设重要支撑力量；创新驱动，高质量高层次内涵式发展4个阶段。

Review of the 70 years of science and technology development in colleges and universities

Seventy years since the founding of the People's Republic of China, see an extraordinary development process of the science and technology of Chinese universities from scratch, weakness to fairly powerful. The 1978 National Science Conference, the National Education Conference, and the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee were a watershed between 30 years of hard work in China's science and technology education and 40 years of Reform and Opening-up. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, the science and technology in China's colleges and universities began almost from scratch, and experienced a tortuous course of exploration and development, stagnation and retreat. In the past 40 years of reform and opening up, China's colleges and universities have undergone reforms and explorations to restore and rebuild the university's science and technology system; with comprehensive development, have become an important supporter; science and education have revitalized the country and become an important supporting force for modernization and innovation-driven, high-quality and high-level connotative development.
