| 摘 要： | 本文分析了经过20年改革以后我国农业科技存在的新闻题，进入新阶段发展现代农业、致富农民、繁荣农村经济、农产品国际竞争对农业科技的新需求，百年来国际上建设国家农业科技创新体系的历程、经验和做法，提出了我国加快建设新型国家农业科技创新体系的思路与政策建议。

| Abstract: | According to the new demand of developing modern agriculture, promoting farmer's income, enhancing international competitive capacity of agricultural products of China to agricultural science and technology, the paper reviewed the process, practice and achievements of national agricultural research system in the world in the past 10 decades, analysed the problems which China is facing in the development of agricultural sciences and technology in the new developing period of economy, and put forward the new ideas to speed up the establishment of the country's innovation system of agricultural science and technology, and their related proposals in policy. |
