气体走廊速度分布对锅炉省煤器管束磨损效应的模拟研究

摘    要:利用CFD软件平台,对发电锅炉省煤器等金属管束与器壁形成的气体走廊进行数值模拟研究。研究结果表明:1.沿着烟气流动方向其速度逐渐增加,前三排速度梯度比较大;2.管束弯头处的速度比平均烟气速度大得多,速度不均匀系数可以达到2.2~2.3,管束后面存在一个明显的低速区;3.沿着管束方向的速度梯度十分明显,烟气走廊、管束弯头和管束直段的速度不均系数达到10倍级量级。对锅炉省煤器防磨提出了设计建议。

Abstract:Numerical simulation of the gas velocity distrbution between economizer tubes and boiler walls was carried out using CFD,a commercial computiational fluid dynamics software.The results show that;firstly,the flue gas velocity is gradually increasing along the flowing direction and the first three rows have a higher velocity gradient,secondly,the flue gas velocity around bent tubes is much higher than the average velicity.Uneven coefficiency of the velocity field can reach a height of 2.2~2.3 and there is an area where the flue gas velocity is much lower behind economizer tubes and thirdly,the velocity gradient along the tubes is apparently great.Uneven confficientcy of the velocity field is almost up to 10 among flue gas aisle,bent tubes,and straight part of the tubes.Some suggestions have been provided for economizer design and erosion protection.
