| 摘 要： | 报道了合成乳酸丁酯的新方法 ,以乳酸和正丁醇为原料 ,在甲基磺酸催化下以亚硫酸镁为脱水剂 ,用索氏提取器进行回流合成。应用该方法 ,酯化时间缩短到 3h,收率 97.2 % ,同时对影响收率的各个因素进行了研究。

| Abstract: | A new method for the preparation of n-butyl lactate fuom lactic acid and n-butyl alcohol was described.The process is carried out by using Soxhlet set, as experiment unit,with methyl sulfonic acid as a catalyst and magnesium sulfite as dehydrating agent,giving 97.2% yields in 3hrs.A fter examing various reaction parameters,the optimum condition has been found. |
