| 摘 要： | 在哌啶胺的合成中，可通过薄层色谱法将产物与原料、中间产物、副产物分离开来。当展开剂为环己烷：氨水：甲醇：异丙醇＝2：3：4：7：8，固定相为硅胶G时，显色剂为碘蒸气时效果最佳。

| Abstract: | In the synthesing process, the product piperidylamine can be separated from its material , intermediate product, by - product with the best effect, when mobile phase is composed as cycohexane: ammonia water: methyl alcohol: ethyl alcohol: isopropyl alcohol =2: 3: 4:7 : 8, stationary phase is silica gel G. Color developing agent is iodine vapour. |
