利用废玻璃和矿渣制备烧结微晶玻璃

摘    要:利用废玻璃和矿渣为主要原料,以FeS为晶核剂,采用烧结法制备出结构致密、物化性能良好的微晶玻璃。利用差热分析(DTA)确定了该玻璃的核化和晶化速度,并利用X射线衍射分析(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对晶化试样的物相结构进行了鉴定并作出了显微结构的观察。

Abstract:In this paper, the glass-ceramic, which has excellent microstructure and properties,has been prepared by sintering method using used glass and the slag. The nucleation and the crystallization temperatures are detemined by using DTA. The phase and microstructure of the glass-ceramic are investigated according to the results of the the X- ray diffraction analysis and the SEM.
