退火对薄板坯冷轧用料组织性能的影响

摘    要:为使薄板坯连铸连轧产品满足冷轧要求,需要降低屈服强度。从在线优化轧后冷却段工艺即在线退火的角度研究控制冷轧基料的强度,从组织形态及晶粒尺寸方面探索轧后退火工艺对组织及力学性能的影响。对某FTSR生产线薄板坯和某常规轧制工艺厚板坯轧制的冷轧基料取样,并对FTSR生产线所轧制的冷轧料试样进行不同退火处理,对比退火前后组织及力学性能,使其满足冷轧需求。为在线退火工艺的研究提供了依据。

Optimizing Structure and Performance in Thin Slab Rolling for Raw Material of Cold Rolling

Abstract:It is need to be lowered the yield strength, for meeting the requirements of the cold-rolled for the products of thin slab continuous casting-continuous rolling. In this paper, control the strength of raw material of cold roiling from the perspective of annealed online that is optimized of the cooling section online. Aspects of the organization and mechanical properties were explored after annealing of material from the structure and grain size. It is be sam- pied from raw material of cold roiled by a FTSR and a thick slab. Contrasting the structure and mechanical proper-ties before and after annealing from the sample of cold rolled by FTSR, and to meet the needs of cold-rolled. It has been provided the basis of researching for annealing process online.
