邢台钢铁厂高炉渣主要性质的实验室测定与研究

摘    要:对邢钢高炉渣粘度、脱硫能力、熔化温度进行了取样测定,并推测了熔化性温度和热稳定性;判定该渣系比较难熔且热稳定性不良的短渣,高温下流动性好但脱硫能力一般;配合系列人工合成渣样实验研究,初步预报了邢钢高炉渣适宜的成分范围。

Abstract:The viscosity, desulphurizing capacity and fusing temperature are determined for the blast furnace stag of Xingtai Steel Works, the initial freeflowing temperature and the thermal stability of the slag being guessed. The slag ststem is determined to be the short slag, which is more difficult-to-fuse and possesses bad thermal stability, good fluidity and ordinary desulphurizing ability under high temperature. Cooperating with a series of experimental investigation for synthetic slag samples, the suitable compositional range is forecasted pxeliminarily of the blast furnace slag of Xingtai Steel Works.
