| 摘 要： | 介绍了MTS公司的磁致伸缩位移传感器的原理、特点及其与S7—300 PLC的接口方法。给出了2000kN钢丝绳拉力机测控系统的结构框图和软件流程图。应用结果表明:此系统工作稳定可靠、监测精度高、维护简单,具有行业推广价值。

| Abstract: | The principles and characteristics of the magnetostrictive displacement sensor are introduced,and the application of the 2000kN steel cable pulling-force monitoring system based the MTS magnetostrictive displacement sensors and the S7-300 PlC is described.The application result shows that this system work is stable and reliable,the monitor precision is high,the maintenance is simple,which are of the professional promotion value extremely. |
