Improving process performance of motor aystem through the modification of steel plant mill

This article introduced the basic feature of new motor system and briefly analyzed the folling process.Through testing,it illustrated that the new system has been obviously improved in the respects of overload,sensibility of controlling and stablity,compared with the past performance.Furthermore,Up motor and Down motor can be operating at a balanced level,but with a bigger speed reducation,which illustrated that the motor has a soft characteristic.After this system was put into operation.it laid a good foundation to develop the new steel grades for HISG.
