| 摘 要： | 硼化物尤其是过渡金属硼化物具有独特的性能 ,通过表面技术在金属表面形成硼化物薄膜 ,可大大提高材料性能。介绍了在钢铁材料表面获得硼化物的三种方法 :化学气相沉积法、热反应扩散法和熔盐电解法 ,阐述了三种方法的优缺点及发展方向。

| Abstract: | Borides,especial transition mebt borides,have many unique capabilities,forming boride films on steel surface through surface treatment can greatly increase the capabilities of metal.The paper introduces the three methods of forming boride films on steel:Chemical Vapor Deposition(CVD),Thermo Reactive Deposition and Diffusion(TRD),Electrolysing in melting salt,sets forth the advantages and disadvantages of the method and the directions of borides coating methods. |
