铝酸盐矿物与碳酸钙的水化活性作用

摘    要:通过XRD、SEM和强度检测等方法,分别研究了CaCO3与C3A单矿、水泥熟料和高铝水泥中的铝酸盐矿物之间的水化反应及过程特征。研究结果表明,CaCO3对这几种铝酸盐矿物都具有水化活性作用,它们的水化反应产物为三碳型水化碳铝酸钙和单碳型水化碳铅酸钙;三破型碳铅酸钙不稳定,在通常情况下,它会转化为单碳型碳铝酸钙;水化碳铝酸钙的形成对水泥强度的发展有积极作用。

Abstract:The reaction and process characteristic of hydration between CaCO, and C3A,Portland cement clinker and aluminate cement were investigated by means of XRD, SEMand strength testing methods. The results show that CaCO3 is of hydration activity to thesealuminate dinerals. The products of hydration reaction are the high form of calcium carboaluminate and the low form of calcium carboaluminate. The high form of calcium carboaluminate isn't stable,and usually it will transform into the low form of calcium carboaluminate.The form of hydrate calcium carboaluminate plays a positive role for the strength developingof cement.
