| 摘 要： | 针对唐钢硬线钢冶炼的现行工艺与条件,经过系统取样、综合分析对硬线钢生产过程中非金属夹杂物类型、来源、数量及分布进行了系统研究。研究表明:铸坯总体积率为0.0625%。显微夹杂的数量平均值为16.66个/mm2,面积百分比为0.018%。铸坯中的显微夹杂是硫化物夹杂、硅酸盐夹杂物、氧化铝夹杂物。铸坯中大型夹杂物的平均值为31.5mg/10Kg。铸坯中主要的大型夹杂物是硅酸盐和铝酸盐,其次还包括少量的硫化物。铸坯中夹杂物主要来源于脱氧产物、保护渣和覆盖剂的卷入。

| Abstract: | Contraposing technics and condition of melting hard wire steel in Tangshan Iron and Steel Co.ltd,the type,resource,amount and distribution of non-inclusion are systemically studied by systemic sampling and synthetically analyzing.The result shows: Volume ratio of micro-inclusion is 0.0625%.Amount average of micro-inclusion is 16.6/mm2,area percent is 0.018%.Main micro-inclusions are sulfide inclusion,silicate inclusion and alumina inclusion.The content of macro-inclusion is 31.5 mg/10kg.Main macro-inclusion... |
