| 摘 要： | 通过对喷丸工艺处理后的４０＃ 车轴钢静态拉伸和疲劳寿命的测定，对试验结果进行了分析，找出了因喷丸产生的压应力距表面深度的变化曲线，通过成组的对比性试验后发现喷丸强化作用在初期效果显著，当裂纹穿过了喷丸强化层后，其强化作用就逐渐减弱直至消失。

| Abstract: | Two experiments have been made in tesing the static stretch and fatigue life of No40 # axle steel after its technical shot peening treatment.Based on the theory of fracture mechanic,the test results have been analyzed with the help of current instruments and devices.A changing curve of pressure stress produced by shot peening to the surface depth has been found out.Through group contrast experiments,it is found that the strengthened function of shot peening is obvious in initial effect and the strengthened function becomes smaller and smaller and even disappears after the crackle goes through the strengthened layer. |
