| 摘 要： | 采用高压水射流清洗技术，清洗工业锅炉。高压水射流技术是以水为介质，经过高压发生装置形成高压，经过控制，最后通过喷咀将压力能转变为高度聚集的水射流动能以达到对结垢物的清除目的。因为是以水为介质，不加任何化学药剂，因此对被清洗物无腐蚀，对环境无污染，对完全堵塞的管子也能完全清通。这项技术已应用于换热器、各种管道及不同种类容器的结垢物清洗。

| Abstract: | The paper introduced how to adopt high presure wate jitting technology to clean industrial boiler.The technology used the water as a medium of high pressure creating unit.Through the control system,the high pressure energy is converted into high pressure water jetting kinetic energy through a nozzle,so the scaling in boilers can be cleaned up.Because the water is a medium without any chemical additives,it will not bring about any corrosion to boilers and any pollution to the environment.The completely blocked tubes can be cleared out.This new technology has been successfully applied to clean up the scaling in heat exchangers,varieties of tubes and vessels. |
