烧结矿分形特征

摘    要:概括了分形理论的基本概念和分形维数的计算方法,总结了在显微分析中的分形模型和分析方法,利用分形分析方法研究了烧结矿材料的粒度分布、孔隙结构,结果发现:烧结矿的粒度分布和孔隙结构具有分性特征,粒度的分维值是评价烧结矿粒度组成情况的一个定量指标,也是材料破碎过程中断裂阻力的一种量度:烧结矿的微孔隙具有多层次的自相似性,烧结矿的分形特征与烧结过程中孔隙的形成机理有关。

Abstract:The basic concept of fractal theory and the calculation methods of fractal dimension have been summed up,the important effects of fractal theory in the analysis of micro-morphology and micro-structure have been summarized.According to the fractal theory,the grain size distribution and the structure of pores in sinter have been studied.The results show that the grain size distribution and the structure of pores are fractal.The fractal dimension of the grain size distribution is a quantificational parameter,and a measurement of rupture resistance in the course of material's breaking up.The research of pores shows that the pores in sinter are multilayer-self-similitude,and the fractal characteristics are related to the mechanism of the pores' form.
