电除尘器振打装置及其最佳运行

摘    要:介绍了振打装置的不合理运行对除尘系统的危害,提出了制定振打装置最佳运行制度的基本原则,阐述了振打周期、振打与比电阻、振打加速度、振打频率及位移、收尘极和电晕极的形式、烟气流速、振打装置的维护和检修等因素对除尘效率的影响及振打加速度的大小与极板上粉尘脱落率的关系。通过维护、检修、运行调整可以使振打系统处于最佳工作状态。

Abstract:An introduction has been made in the problem of the improper running of vibration equipment.A basis principle of making optimum running rules of vibration equpipment is put forward.The influence of dust removing efficiency is elaborated on vibration perion, vibration and ratio resistance, vibration acceleration, vibration frequency and displacement, the state of receiving dust pole and eletricity dizzy pole, somking flow velocity, examining and repairing of vibration equipment.All of them have related to vibration acceleration. The best dust removing system state can be kept by adjusting vibration equipmen.
