| 摘 要： | 采用了圆柱件端面制凹的方法，通过模拟研究得出圆柱件镦粗时所产生的鼓形与压下率，凹形比和高径比的关系式。该式可用于无鼓镦粗和微鼓镦粗的工艺参数设计，并为定量计算圆柱件镦粗时产生的鼓形值提供了又一算式。

| Abstract: | This paper gives the formula between bulge and compressibility,concave and high diameter ratio in forge by analogue study.It is a method of making concave in up down surface of round piece.This formula can design the data of non bulge and ting bulge in forge.The formula can also calculate the bulge in forging round pieces. |
