连铸方坯感应站热过程温度分布模拟

摘    要:随着连铸技术应用的不断扩展,连铸坯感应补偿加偿技术的优越性已充分显示。结合感应加热理论与传热学理论,建立了连铸方坯感应补热过程中截面温度分布的预测模型。模型可再现连铸方坯截面温度及其分布在补热过程中的变化情况,揭示了感应补热装置的频率、功率、坯料 运行速度及其最终截面温度分布之间的关系,对感应补热装置的研制有重要意义。

Abstract:As the application of continuously casting technology develops,the advantage of induction supplementary heating technology for continuously casting slabs has been shown fully.This paper,combining induction heating theory and heat transfer theory,develops a mathematical model for predicting section temperature distribution of continuously casting slab in induction heating process.The model can display the variation of section temperature and its distribution of continuously casting slab in induction supplementary heating process,revealing the relationships among induction furnace frequency,power,slab moving speed and the final section temperature distribution and providing the valuable references for designing the induction supplementary heating furnace.
