低水灰比对硅酸盐水泥水化程度的影响

摘    要:研究了低水灰比硅酸盐水泥的水化程度,并利用XRD和SEM分析了硬化水泥浆体的微观结构。结果表明在低水灰比条件下,水泥的水化程度较低,其硬化水泥浆体中存在较多的未水化水泥;同时由于自身的密实性增强和体系的低孔隙率,使水泥水化产物的结晶、生长情况也受到影响。

Abstract:The hydration degree of Portland cement under the condition of low water cement ratio was tested,and the microstructure of hardened cement paste was studied by means of XRD and SEM.The results show that the hydration degree of cement is lower under the low water cement ratio than under the high water cement ratio,and there exists more unhydrated cement in the hardened cement paste with low water cement paste,the crystallization and growth of cement hydrates is affected.The complete crystals of portlandite and etringite can not be seen almost.
