熔盐电脱氧工艺条件的研究

摘    要:熔盐电脱氧的基本工艺过程包括:球磨、压制、烧结、电解、清洗、干燥、测试。工艺条件的选择影响电解产物,选择合适的工艺条件有利于提高电解速度以及电解效率。并指出阴极片厚度、密度、孔隙率和金属氧化物得粒度、CaCl2熔盐中CaO的含量等均能影响电流效率。

Abstract:The basic processes of electro--deoxidization in molten salt: includes:ball milled, pressing, sintering and electrolysis, cleaning, drying, and testing. The choice of processing conditions affects electrolytic products, choosing the appropriate process conditions are in favor of improving electrolytic speed and electrolytic efficiency. And it points out the cathode slice thickness and density, porosity and metal oxide particle size, CaO content in CaCl2 molten salt can affect current efficiency.
