摘    要:本文针对减速机车间产品的零件结构特点及发展要求,划分出各生产单元。以齿轮加工单元为例,说明排序聚类分析法分类成组的具体应用并介绍平面布置改造设计的其它过程。实践证明,用排序聚类分析法分类成组可取得满意的效果。

Abstract:This article diseusses a directive thought of plane arranglement re- forming design in the decelerator shop,and divides units of production base on speciality of machining parts construction in the shop.Taking g- ear machining unit for example,apply of classify group using rank or- der elusber analysis is showed,other process of plant arrangement refor- ruing design is also introduced,On the base of make enough use of pre- sent eguipments and arrangement,a scheme of answering to principle of group production unit dquipment arrangement maybe designed.The pre- sent example can reduces to carry machine tools number about30%.AS shown practically,the good effectiveness of classify group using rank order clusber analysis can be obtained.
