摘    要:为了优化装备保障系统保障资源的配置,需对系统效能进行综合评价.提出了现行装备保障系统的基本要素和定量及定性指标的量化方法.针对装备保障系统评价过程中评价指标存在定量与定性指标相结合的问题,引入混合型多属性决策原理,提出了一种基于理想点的多属性决策模型.结合案例分析,对模型合理性进行验证.结果表明,该模型能够真实地反映决策空间中各方案与理想方案的模糊属性值之间的接近程度,装备保障系统评价结果更加准确可信.

Abstract:A mult iat t ribute decision-making model based on ideal point w as put fo rw ar d to so lve the problem that quant itative index and qualitative index band tog ether in est imation o f equipment support . In this paper , basic element s of equipment support system w ere analyzed and the quant itat ive methods put forw ar d, and the mixed mult iat tr ibute decision-making principle intr oduced. The rationality of the mo del w as validated by analyzing an ex ample. T he r esult indicates that this model can r ef lect the appro ach degree betw een fuzzy at t ribute values o f factual project s and ideal project in the decesion-making space and advance the ver acity o f sy stem assessment .
