| Abstract: | This article is concerned with the absorption and ion exchange of zeolites. The applications of zeolites in water treatment are reviewed, including softening water, reducing fluorides, removing radioactive water, removing and recovering heavy metals from wastewater, removing of ammonia and phosphate from wastewater and sea water desalination. |
