摘    要:为了提高防护结构的抗爆炸性能,提出了压型钢板一方钢管钢筋混凝土组合结构.运用ANSYS大型有限元软件,对这种新型的防护结构和普通钢筋混凝土结构在相同爆炸荷载下的响应进行了数值模拟和对比分析.研究结果表明:这种新型的防护结构能够降低结构变形,防止底部混凝土过早开裂,同时具有较高的强度储备,是一种比较理想的抗爆炸防护结构.

Abstract:To improve the explosion resistance capacity of protective structures, a new steel-concrete composite structure was proposed, which was consisted of profiled steel sheets, square steel tubes and reinforced concrete. Three dimensional finite element analysis was performed using ANSYS. The concrete model was capable of cracking in tension and crushing in compression. Load-deflection curves of the new steel-concrete composite structure and normal reinforced concrete structure were used to study the stiffness and strength under static loading and numerical analysis were done for the new steel-concrete composite structure and normal reinforced concrete structure under the same explosive loading. The comparative analysis between the two structures were presented. Results showed that the new steel-concrete composite structure had many advantages such as light weight, decreasing deformation, preventing early crack and a large safety margin. A conclusion was drawn that the new steel-concrete composite structure is an ideal protective structure in the blast resistence field.
