基于小生境遗传算法的约束滤波器优化设计

摘    要:为了对战场图像进行实时处理,抑制噪声,改善图像质量,需要对图像进行平滑滤波。考虑了一类具有频域等式约束的FIR滤波器Minmax设计问题,引入小生境技术自适应遗传算法来得到最优化滤波器的一组参数,并且对滤波器的阶数N进行了优化。设计实例表明,基于小生境技术自适应遗传算法是有效的,具有很好的扩展性,可用来设计最优约束FIR滤波器,实现对图像的平滑滤波。

Abstract:In order to deal timely with the battlefield images and restrain noises for improving the images qualities, smooth filter is necessary. In this paper, the Minmax design of a class of FIR filters with frequency domain equation constraints is studied. A set of parameters for optimal filter is obtained from Niche Adaptive Genetic Algorithms (NAGA). And the rank N of FIR filter is also optimized. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design method and the outstanding expansibility of NAGA. NAGA is suitable for the optimal FIR filters which realize smooth filter for images.
