杜仲胶与沥青共混性能试验

摘    要:目前国内外沥青改性剂大多为石油副产品,造价高且不可再生,无法满足日益增长的公路建设需求,有必要找到天然可再生且性能良好、价格适宜的新型改性剂.在介绍杜仲胶硫化过程及硫化杜仲胶物理力学性能、良好的工程特性和工程应用前景的基础上,提出了将天然橡胶--杜仲胶作为改性剂与沥青共混后用作公路路面材料的新途径.进行了红外光谱和扫描电镜分析和沥青基本指标试验.试验结果表明,杜仲胶可以改善沥青低温性能,能明显改善沥青高温性能,验证了杜仲胶可用于沥青改性的可行性.

Abstract:Currently, overseas and domestic asphalt modifier is mostly gained from petroleum byproduct, which is costly and can not be reborn. So the kind of asphalt modifier can not satisfy the requirement of increasing highway construction. It is necessary to find a new modifier, which is natural and reborn, and has good performance and reasonable price. By introducing the vulcanizing process of eucommia ulmoides gum and the physical mechanics function of vulcanized gum, and explaining the good engineering characteristic and engineering application prospect of eucommia ulmoides gum, a new approach was presented to blend asphalt with eucommia ulmoides gum as a modifier used in pavement material of highway. The analysis of infrared spectrum and scan electricity mirror and asphalt basic index experiment were made. The result indicates that eucommia ulmoides gum can improve low temperature performance and high temperature performance of asphalt, so it is feasibile for asphalt modifying.
