| 摘 要： | 多业务稀路由卫星通信系统是卫星通信领域中的一个重要应用。网控中心是ＶＳＡＴ卫星通信系统的核心 。讨论了一个基于Ｃ／Ｓ模式和多线程的ＮＣＣ的设计与实现。论文首先介绍子网控系统的体系结构及网控中心的模型，然后，进一步重点讨论了网控中心的可靠性设计。最后，介绍了网控中心核心软件ＮＣＰ的设计与实现。

| Abstract: | VSAT satellite communication system with multiple traffics is an important application in satellite communication area, NCC (Network Control Center) is the core of VSAT satellite communications system. This paper presents the design and implementation of NCC based on C/S mode and multi threading. At first, a NCC architecture is presented. Then, we discuss the design of reliability in details. Lastly, we emphasize on introducing the design and implementation of the core software of NCC: NCP (Network Control Process). |
