城市地下空间开发利用中的生态保护

摘    要:为总结城市地下空间开发利用中生态保护的规划设计要求,并为国家标准《城市地下空间规划规范》中生态保护章节的编制提供技术支撑,依托京沪高铁济南西客站片区核心地下空间规划,对地下空间开发利用生态保护进行了专题研究。在对济南市及其地下空间开发区域的环境现状进行详细调研的基础上,总结了与城市地下空间开发相关的城市生态系统的空间构成要素,结合案例分析了城市地下空间开发对城市生态系统的影响,包括对地质环境、地下水环境、大气环境、环境振动、植被的影响等。据此,进一步论述了京沪高铁济南西客站片区核心地下空间开发利用中生态保护的具体要求,包括地下水保护、大气环境治理、环境振动与噪音控制以及城市的绿化建设等具体措施。

Abstract:To summarize the specific ecological protection requirements in the development and utilization of urban underground space, and to write the ecological protection part of the national standard "Standard for Urban Underground Space Planning",the ecological protection of underground space was studied based on underground space planning at Jinan West Railway Station in Shandong province. Along with the ecological research of the Jinan city and some cases, the main elements of the urban ecological system and the major influence on the urban ecological environment in underground space development were analyzed, including geological environment, groundwater environment, atmospheric environment, environmental vibration, and vegetation. The specific requirements in the ecological protection of the core underground space of Jinan West Railway Station were discussed on the basis of the research on the practical ecological protection measures in some urban underground comprehensive planning and worldwide and domestic experiences. The proposed requirements involve the specific measures of underground water protection, atmospheric environment curing and vibration control.
