一种基于二元语义信息处理的群体决策方法

针对决策者权重、属性权重和属性值均为语言形式的多属性群体决策问题,给出一种基于二元语义信息处理的群体决策方法.该方法采用二元语义概念对语言评价信息进行处理和集结运算,结合传统的理想点方法对方案进行优选.首先描述了具有语言评价信息的多属性群体决策问题,然后介绍了有关二元语义的定义及其相关性质,给出了基于二元语义的集结算子,并进一步给出了解决该类群体决策问题的具体步骤.最后给出了一个算例,验证了该方法的有效性.

Group decision-making method based on two-tuple linguistic information processing

A new method was proposed to so lve mult i-att ribute g roup decision-making pr oblems, in w hich the w eight s, the at t ribute w eight s and the at tr ibute values of all decision makers took the form o f linguist ic information. T he 2-tuple linguist ic r epresentat ion w as used to deal w ith and agg reg ate the ling uistic assessment informatio n, and the opt imal alternative w as determined accor ding to the tr aditio nal ideas of TOPSIS. T he mul ti-at t ribute g roup decision making pr oblems w ith l inguist ic assessment info rmat ion were described and the definitio n, character and ag greg at ion operator of 2-tuple linguist ic informat ion were intr oduced. Finally , an ex ample was used to demonst rate the validity o f the proposed method.
