预测控制在交流电梯速度控制中的应用

针对一种采用多CPU微机控制的电梯拖动系统，分析了其运行速度曲线和控制运算的特点，指出了电梯在常规的PID控制下不能很好地按给定速度曲线运行。为此，基于参数模型的广义预测控制（GPC）原理，建立了电梯速度预测控制的预测模型，旨在对交流电梯速度参数进行预测控制的方法进行研究，并研究其控制规律，最后对预测模型进行了仿真。仿真结果表明，预测控制用于电梯的速度控制，具有良好的鲁棒性，与传统的PID控制方法相比，效果十分明显。

Predictive Control to Velocity Control over the AC Elevator

Aiming at the elevator servo system with multi CPU control,its velocity curve and control algorithm are discussed.And the results show tracking error exists between the operating curve and the given curve under the old PID control scheme.Hence, a predictive control scheme to velocity control over the AC elevator based on Generalized Predictive Control(GPC) is proposed in this paper.The simulation and comparison results show that GPC scheme is superior to the old PID control and has strong robustness and obvious advantages.
