碳化硅陶瓷冲蚀磨损行为与机理

摘    要:采用了冲蚀试验和微观表面测试相结合的方法,对碳化硅陶瓷的冲蚀磨损行为与机理进行了系统的研究。结果表明:碳化硅陶瓷的冲蚀率随冲蚀角的增大而迅速增大,当接近90°时冲蚀率达到最大值。其冲蚀磨损机理表现为:在低角冲蚀时,以微裂纹和微切削的形式为主;高角冲蚀时,以裂纹扩展和脆性断裂为主。根据试验结果分析,碳化硅陶瓷的冲蚀磨损表现为明显的脆性冲蚀行为特征。

Abstract:The erosio n behaviour and mechanism of silicon carbide w er e studied through macroscopical erosion exper imentation and micr oco smic surface test ing in this paper . T he r esult s show that the er osive w ear rate of SiC rapidly incr eases w ith the increase o f the erosion ang le and it reaches the max imum v alue w hen the incidence is 90°, and the ero sion mechanisms o f SiC cer amics is micro-cutt ing and micr o-cracks under low impact angle, and micro-cr ack f racture under hig h ang le condit ion.
