电波发射塔基座加固的设计计算

摘    要:江苏人民广播电台两座电波发射塔基座的支撑瓷瓶因年代久而产生开裂,严重威胁到发射塔的正常使用。根据发射塔基座须进行绝缘、耐高频发射支撑加固的需要,采用可调式机械装置和高性能瓷体材料进行了工程加固。详细介绍了该加固工程所采取的结构及材料设计、结构受力计算方法以及其座加固技术措施等多方面。工程竣工一年多年的良好状况表明了其设计计算方法的合理性,可为以后类似工程的改造或加固提供参考。

Abstract:The china bottles under seats of two electric wave sending towers of Jiangsu People Broadcast Station cracked after using a long time, which seriously affected the normal use of electric wave sending tower. According to the need of strengthening the seats in an environment of insulation and endurance of high frequency, a changeable mechanic device and china material of good performance were used in the strengthening engineering. The design of structure and material, the calculation method of structure, the strengthening technology for seats of electric wave sending tower in the strengthening engineering are introduced in the paper in details. The good performance of electric wave sending towers during more than one year since the strengthening engineering has verified the validity of its methods of design and calculation. The engineering provides reference for relative engineering reforming or strengthening in the future.
