钢丝网增强混凝土中基体性能与增强效果的关系

摘    要:为了提高钢丝网增强混凝土基复合材料的增强效果,通过断裂力学理论分析可知,改进基体材料和增强材料间的界面粘结性能,获得较大的界面粘结强度是提高增强效果的途径之一.选择了不同标号的混凝土基体材料,通过钢丝网增强后,开展了复合材料的抗压、抗弯和抗劈拉等常规静态力学性能试验,比较了复合材料中基体材料性能对增强效果的影响.结果显示,在相同的增强模式,随着混凝土标号的提高,基体材料和纤维间的界面粘接性能得到了改善,更有利于发挥钢丝的桥接作用,有利于充分利用钢丝网的力学性能,从而使得复合材料的抗压、抗弯和抗劈拉强度与基体材料相比, 最大提高率分别可达87.5%、88%和150%.
