| 摘 要： | 随着我国出版业的迅猛发展，现代编辑出现了不同程度的心理问题。对照心理健康的标准，指出编辑常见的心理障碍并分析形成编辑心理障碍的各种因素，为进一步提高编辑的心理素质提供依据，找出能促进编辑心理健康的一些措施，从而保证我国的出版业健康持续地快速发展。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the publication in China, some psychological problems with modern editors come about. According to the standard of psychological health, the common psychological obstructs are pointed out and the factors which cause the obstructs are analysed in the paper, providing some basis to improve editors, psychological character and some measures to keep editors psychological healthy, so as to make sure that our publication can develop healthily ,fast and constantly. |
