| 摘 要： | 研究了镉试剂2B在滴汞电极上的电化学行为。用分光光度法和不同pH下的极谱行为证明了,在含50％甲醇的pH=3.5的B—R缓冲溶液中,三个极谱峰对应的三个电活性基团分别是:-N=N—(—0.37V as.SCE),—N-N—NH—(-0.43V),—NO_2(-0.72V);研究了在含50％甲醇的pH=11.7的B—R缓冲溶液中,Cadion2B的电极反应性质和机理。

| Abstract: | The electrochemical behavior of nitronaphthalenediazoaminobenzene-4'-azobenzene (Cadion2B)on the mercury electrode is studied. At pH=3.5 B-R buffer solution containing 50% (v/v)methanol.there are three polarographic peaks at various pH value infer that they correspond to three electroactive groups , which are - N=N - (- 0. 37V as. SCE) , - N =N - NH - ( -0.43V),-NO2( -0.72V) respectively. And that at pH=11.7B-R buffer solution containing 50%(v/v)methanol,the electrode reaction character and mechanism. |
