| 摘 要： | 游离脯氨酸含量的升高和可溶性蛋白的下降均标志着切花的衰老，切花杜鹃950mg/L6-BA 200mg/L8-HQS 100mg/LCA 2%蔗糖）处理后，可以明显降低游离脯氨酸上升的幅度和延缓可溶性蛋白降解的速度，从而延缓切花衰老。

| Abstract: | That free proline accumulation and protein decomposition was regarded as a sensitive sign of overripe cut flower.Having been treatmented by the preservative(50mg/L 6 BA+200mg/L8 HQS+100mg/LCA+2%sucrose),It not only obviously reduced the increment of free proline content,but also slowed the rate of the solube protein decomposition in the cut rhododendra. |
