| 摘 要： | 通过千里光提取液对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌抑制作用的研究．以探讨千里光有效成分的最佳提取时间。研究结果表明千里光有效成分的最适提取时间为4h。千里光提取液能有效地抵抗高温、高压的影响。据此，千里光抑菌的有效成分可以初步确定为小分子物质。

| Abstract: | Potent ingredients of Groundsel have been preliminary studied and its influence on the growth of bacterium have been deeply studied.The results indicated that the growth of Escherichia coil and Bucillus subticis were strongly inhibited by the extract of Groundsel,and the potent ingredients of Groundsel have been extracted out in the no more than 4 hours. |
