| 摘 要： | 通过采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18柱（250mm×4.6mm，5μm）建立一种同时测定小儿解表颗粒中葛根素、黄芩苷、连翘苷含量的高效液相色谱法，在流速1.0mL·min^-1的条件下，利用乙腈-0.05％磷酸流动相进行梯度洗脱，结果表明葛根素、黄芩苷和连翘苷线性范围分别为2.86-28.6mg·L^-1，10.22-102.2mg·L^-1和0.132-1.32mg·L^-1，平均加样回收率分别为97.83％，99.87％和97.86％。本法简便，快速，可靠，可用于控制制剂质量。

| Abstract: | A rapid HPLC assaying method for the simultaneous determination of puerarin, baicalin and forsythin in Xiaoerjiebiao granules were established by using an Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm） ,and the solution for gradient elution was acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1. The results showed as follows, the calibration curves of puerarin, baicalin and forsythin were linear over the ranges of 2.86-8.6 mg·L^1（r=0.9999）, 10.22-102.2 mg·L^-1（r=0.9999）and 0.132-1.32 mg·g^-1 （r=0.9995）and the average recoveries（n=5）were 97.83%, 99.87% and 97.86% respectively. This method was simple, rapid, reliable and can be used for the drug control. |
