论湖北农业潜在危机与战略对策

面对湖北农村人口、土地,粮食、能源、环境的危机,本文从“农业空间学”的角度,探讨了人口人群,农业第一性、第二性、第三性生产,农村第一、第二,第三产业,区域生产、生活、生态等系统结构优化问题,旨在加速创建高产优质高效农业,谋求全省农业新发展。

ON THE POTENTIAL CRISES AND STRATEGIC COUNTERMEASURAS OF AGRICULTURE IN HUBEI PROVINCE

Faced upon a series of crises of population,land ,food .energy and environment in the rural areas of Habei province,this paper applies the view and method of theagricultural spacial system and makes a scienbific approach to the subject of structural optimization in the following systems;the population and crowd system,the first,second and thirol funotional pooduetion systems in agricultute.the first,second and third sectional systemsin rural,the productional live and ecological systems in a specific region, the purpose of this research is to speed up the creation of high prodaction,excellent puality and high efficiency in agriculture,to search and carry forward the new development of agriculture in Hubei province.
