摘    要:对一种新的由2,6-二氨甲基吡啶和2,6-二羧基吡啶单元交替组成的寡聚酰胺化合物(7merMe)在不同极性溶剂中的一维及二维核磁共振氢谱进行了研究.结果表明,在极性小的溶剂(CHCl3)中,化合物7merMe因分子内的氢键及π-π互作用而形成螺旋结构,在极性大的溶剂(DMSO)中,分子内氢键被破坏,该化合物重新伸展.此...

Abstract:The structure of a novel oligoamide(7merMe) composed of alternating of the 2,6-dimethylaminopyridines and 2,6-pyridine dicarboxylic acids units was studied by the one dimension and two dimensions 1H NMR.The results showed that 7merMe could form a single helical structure in nonpolar solvent(CDCl3) due to the intramolecular hydrogen bond and the P-P interaction.However,the helix can not be formed in polar solvent(CD3SOCD3) due to the destruction of hydrogen bond.This process simulated a helix-nonhelix "off-on" process controlled by solvents.
