| 摘 要： | 采用体外培养的方法首次从患柑桔黄龙病的柑桔树叶中分离并培养出柑桔黄龙病的病原——类细菌(BLO),测定了BLO最适培养条件及形状、大小和壁膜厚度.将培养出的BLO回接到指示植物长春花,2个月后长春花表现症状,且能重新培养出该BLO。健康柑桔树叶片及长春花均未培养出BLO。

| Abstract: | Using the method of culture in vitro, bacterium-like organism (BLO) ciusing citrus yellow shoot disease can be isolated and cultivated. The optium conditions,the morphology,the sizes and the thick of wall-membrane of cultured BLO can be measured. Cultured BLO inoculated into the leaves of indicated periwinkle, a sensitive host to citrus yellow shoot (BLO). After two months, the infected periwin kle showed typical disease symptoms,and the BLO can be recultured from the diseased leaves of infect ed periwinkle. BLO can not be isolated and cultured from healthy citrus and periwinkle. |
