丝石竹花外植体诱导丛生芽的研究

摘    要:研究了在不同外源激素条件下诱导丝石竹花朵恢复营养生长的过程,结果表明单一生长素仅能诱导花产生愈伤组织,6-BA或6-BA与生长素组合能在完全盛开的诱导花在部产生腑芽并发育成营养枝,在未开放花中能诱导花瓣回复到叶的状态,花瓣已开始萎蔫的花不能诱导逆转。

Abstract:The effects of some auxins and cytokinins on formation of multiple-buds in Gypsophila elegans Bieb. were investigated. The experiments revealed:only auxins could not induce buds germination in flowers. 6-BA?2~{!+~}3?mg~{!$~}L~{*,*)~}-1~{**~} had good effects on promotion of multiple-buds. Petals were three times bigger than originals under the effects of KT or ZT. The strong multiple-buds were fromatted on MS medium containing NAA 0.2?mg~{!$~}L~{*,*)~}-1~{**~},6-BA?3?mg~{!$~}L~{*,*)~}-1~{**~}. The paraffin-section of explants cultured about 3~{!+~}7 days and stained with hematoxylin demonstrated the buds grew out from base of filaments.
