| 摘 要： | 以廉价易得的５─氯─２─戊酮为原料制备出手性亚砜（＋）─（Ｒ）─４─甲基─３─戊烯基对甲苯基亚砜，并利用此手性亚砜与丙醛的不对称加成反应及Ｒａｎｅｙ—Ｎｉ还原性脱硫反应成功地合成出（Ｓ）─甲基─６─辛烯─３─醇，总产率达３５．７％．此目标产物是合成方颈谷盗虫聚集信息素的重要中间体．

| Abstract: | R)-(+)-4-methyl-3-pentenyl p-tolyl sulfoxide was prepared from 5 -chloro-2-pentanone in three steps, and (S)-7-methyl-6-octen-3-ol was synthesized by asymmetric addition of chiral sulfoxide with propanal and reductive desulfurization with Raney-Ni as key steps, the overall yield was 35. 7%. The target compound is an important intermediate to synthesize the aggregation pheromone of the square necked grain beetle(Cathartas quadricollis). |
