(S)─7─甲基─6─辛烯─3─醇的合成

摘    要:以廉价易得的5─氯─2─戊酮为原料制备出手性亚砜(+)─(R)─4─甲基─3─戊烯基对甲苯基亚砜,并利用此手性亚砜与丙醛的不对称加成反应及Raney—Ni还原性脱硫反应成功地合成出(S)─甲基─6─辛烯─3─醇,总产率达35.7%.此目标产物是合成方颈谷盗虫聚集信息素的重要中间体.

Abstract:R)-(+)-4-methyl-3-pentenyl p-tolyl sulfoxide was prepared from 5 -chloro-2-pentanone in three steps, and (S)-7-methyl-6-octen-3-ol was synthesized by asymmetric addition of chiral sulfoxide with propanal and reductive desulfurization with Raney-Ni as key steps, the overall yield was 35. 7%. The target compound is an important intermediate to synthesize the aggregation pheromone of the square necked grain beetle(Cathartas quadricollis).
