摘    要:利用基于统计理论的数字图像脉冲噪声统计量识别法MIVP法,结合SVC的图像脉冲噪声自适应滤波器,提出一种检测数字图像中脉冲噪声的新方法.实验表明,在不增加时间复杂性的条件下,这一方法的滤波效果比原先的SVC滤波器有明显的改善.

Abstract:A new method for impulse noise detection was proposed using the statistical theory method called MIVP method combined with SVC impulse noise filter. The experimental results showed that the filtering effects were significantly improved comparing with the original SVC impulse noise filters without increasing its time complexity.
