用金属醇盐制备KTN溶胶凝胶的工艺研究

摘    要:报道了混合醇盐的性质,混合醇盐在室温下为无色或淡黄色透明固体,加热熔融,溶于乙醇,极易水解,水解产物为氧化物的水合物;详细研究了钽铌酸钾溶胶、凝胶的制备工艺,发现温度,浓度、催化剂、介质、湿度是影响溶胶、凝胶形成的重要因素:(1)浓度愈高,水解愈快,易形成沉淀;浓度愈低,亦水解愈快,形成沉淀。

Abstract:This paper reports the properties of the mixed metal ethoxides (K/Ta/Nb=1/0. 65/0.35).The mixed metal ethoxides is a colorless or yellowish lucid solid at room temperature and can be melted when heating.It can dissolve in alcohol and hydrolyze easily.The products of hydrolysis are oxides and hydrates.The preparation technology of KTN Sol and Gel has been studied in detail.We found that temperature,concentration, catalyst,medium and humidity are the important factors affecting the formation of the Sol and Gel. 1:The higher the concentration,the faster the hydrolysis,the precipitate forms easily;the lower the concentration,the faster the hydrolysis also.The former is due to absorbing water too rapidly,the latter is due to that the quantity of water absorbed by the medium is in excess.2:The use of low hydro-absorbiliy medium is favourable for the formtion of Sol and Gel.3:It would depress the activity of metal ethoxides using organic acid as a catalyst and avoid the formation of precipitate.4:The low humidity is favourable for the formation of Sol and Gel. 5:It would shorten the sol and Gel formation time by means of raising the reaction temperature.
