| 摘 要： | 用10个籼粳交组合的二倍体和四倍体为试材，研究了加倍对每穗总粒数、每穗实数数和结实经的影响。结果表明：加倍对结实率等性能的影响因组合不同而不同，四倍体籼粳杂种的结实率显高于二倍体，加倍正反交的结实情况也有影响，要提高籼粳多倍体的结实经，应注重同时增加总数数的实数数。

| Abstract: | Comparative studies were conducted for three seed setting characters(grain number per panicle,filled grain number per panicle and filled grain percentage)between tetraploid and diploid of ten indica-japonica hybrids in rice.The results indicated that the effects of polyploidy on the three characters varied among different hybrids.Significant increases in filled grain percentage were observed in the tetraploid hybrids.Reciprocal crosses showed differences in the three traits.It is suggested that the grain number per panicle and filled grain number per panicle should be increased to enhance the seed settings of indica-japonica polyploids. |
