摘    要:为探讨基于ITS2序列鉴定青葙子及其混伪品的新方法,对青葙子及其混伪品共4个物种7份样品的ITS2序列进行PCR扩增和测序,同时从GenBank下载青葙子及其常见混伪品共10个物种21个样本的序列信息.分析各物种间ITS2序列二级结构的差异,最后利用ITS2序列构建其系统发育树.结果表明青葙子及其混伪品的ITS2二级结...

Abstract:To discriminate Celosia argentea and its adulterants using ITS2 sequence.DNA samples were extracted from Celosia argentea.ITS2 sequence was amplified by PCR and sequenced bidirectionally.Sequences were assembled by CodonCode Aligner.ITS2 secondary structures were predicted by the web tool established by Schultz etc and NJ tree was constructed by MEGA V 4.1.The results showed that Celosia argentea could be differentiated obviously from its adulterants by their ITS2 secondary structure.Different samples of Ce...
