水解——聚合反应条件对锆酸铅陶瓷体显微结构的影响

摘    要:本文主要研究了在用溶胶—凝胶法制备锆酸铅陶瓷体的过程中,水解—聚合反应条件对所制得的陶瓷体显微结构的影响。考察的条件有H_2O/M(0R)比、原始溶液的稀释度以及水解—聚合反应的温度。其次也考察了干凝胶预烧温度的影响。

Abstract:In this article, We mainly studied the effects of the conditions of the hydrolysis-polymerization reaction of the metal-alkoxide on the mic-rostructures of the leadzirconate ceramics obtained by Sol-Gel method. The conditions that We studied include the ratio H2O/M(OR),, the concentration of the starting solution and the temperature of the reaction. Second, We also studied the effects of the calcining temperature of the dy gels.
